We provided architectural services for this design/build project consisting of a 3,074 square foot one story, stud framed, brick veneer addition. The addition included a boardroom with a kitchen, offices, an open work area, storage room, restrooms and site improvements. The project also involved correcting water infiltration into the existing building.

We also provided design services for The Baker Group, a CBAI tenant. The new 1,985 square foot expanded office provided for 8 work stations, gathering area, work room, and conference room.
