We developed a program outlining needed building improvements to attract more events and tourism to downtown Springfield. We provided design solutions, color renderings, construction documents, and construction cost estimates. The facility improvements included expanding the lobby, adding restrooms, creating mezzanine level gathering spaces, new landscaping, new outdoor plaza, and remodeling meeting rooms, corridors, restrooms, offices, dressing rooms, box office, and concession areas. The project involved several phases to allow occupancy throughout construction.
