We provided architectural services for this new retail center, along with five of the interior tenant spaces. The Brickhouse Grill & Pub is a 4,782 sf. restaurant that features a 20 seat bar, 106 seat dining room, and 52 seat banquet room. Subway is a 1,608 s.f. restaurant with seating for 48 people. Other tenant spaces include Young Nails & Spa, The Rage Hair Studio, Suzi Davis Travel, and Twist N' Swirlz Frozen Yogurt.
